The time required for real estate photography varies depending on the property’s type and size. Generally, we allow about an hour for a photoshoot, but more significant properties may require more time. When booking, we can discuss the time needed to complete the job.
After completing the photo shoot, we will deliver the photos within 24 hours. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee of $55.
After the photoshoot, you will receive an email invitation to a Dropbox online gallery where you can access your photos within 24 hours.
If there are any special instructions for the photographer, please include them in the order form before the photoshoot.
We do not need to cancel appointments due to cloudy weather. Our editors will apply our Sky replacement magic to turn dreary skies into natural blue ones.
Options are available if the weather isn’t favourable, including rescheduling or taking interior photos during the scheduled shoot and returning for exterior shots when the weather clears up.
We do not charge for cancellations and reschedules made 24 hours before the scheduled shoot date and time. Within a 24-hour window, a fee of $110 will apply. If we arrive and cannot gain entry or the shoot is cancelled, a cost of $110 plus 50% of the selected package will be charged.
Meldon Media owns the copyright to all media produced on your behalf. You are free to use the photographs and other materials for personal marketing purposes, but any other party may not use them without written consent.
